At Your Side Home Care of Southern Metro Houston provides one-on-one personal care at home for disabled adults and seniors. Our caregivers help with bathing, toileting, grooming, meals, medication reminders and getting to appointments. We serve families in Clear Lake, the Texas Medical Center area and the surrounding communities. We provide one-on-one personal care for adults living with disabilities, so they can stay safely in their own homes. A consistent caregiver helps with daily routines such as bathing, toileting, dressing, grooming, meals, light housekeeping and transportation. We also give family caregivers a break through respite care. Every care plan is built around the person’s own schedule and goals.
